Collection: Shipping and Return
In the event that any damage or defects are observed upon the receipt of your furniture, we kindly request that you promptly notify us within two (2) days by sending an email to support@amrofurniture.ca. To facilitate a swift assessment, please attach clear photos or videos documenting the issue.
Please note that only manufacturer defects are eligible for service under our policy. For inspection purposes, the affected product(s) must be made available for pickup in their original packaging.
All sales, except those related to manufacturer defects, are considered final.
